Let me say this, I love Starbuck and have been a customer since day 1 from Chicago to Memphis. I have had a few unfortunate experience in Memphis and the supervisor was very rude. I know if my coffee is strong or weak. Some days if it is not made correctly, I will give Starbuck a free pass, but if I call back all I want is for my coffee to be replaced not a smart a$$ supervisor. I have asked for the name of the manager on several occasion by to no avail. I am a morning customer but the supervisor will never give me the name of the manager.
