I am giving this store 1 stars for management. Mariah R. started off to be my cashier and then handed me off to someone else to pay for my order. After the other chasier took my money he asked me to move to the side of the registers where I proceeded to say I haven't even told you what donuts I wanted. Mariah decided to chime in (while still attending to other customers) and told me to move to the side. I proceeded to tell her I just wanted to call out my donut order with moving just yet but she wasn't having it. I was very furious and decided to move since Mariah obviously liked to argue with her customers. 5 seconds it took me to tell one of the 'donut holes' my order. Can you tell me why Mariah couldn't allow the customer to take a few more seconds in line to call out an order so that the customer could feel welcome like everyone else in line and not pushed to the side (by the restrooms)?? It seems as though Mariah needs more training on customer service, communication and management skills.
